  1. Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Your reservation is considered confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.

  2. Payment Policy: Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. We accept payment via card, cash or any other UPI

  3. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 15 days prior to the tour departure date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made after this period are subject to a cancellation fee as outlined in our cancellation policy.

  4. Itinerary Changes: The itinerary provided is subject to change without notice due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control. We will make every effort to provide suitable alternatives in such cases.

  5. Health and Safety: Participants are responsible for ensuring they are in good health and able to participate in the activities included in the tour. We recommend consulting a healthcare professional before undertaking any physically demanding activities.

  6. Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or lost luggage.

  7. Liability: While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and security of our customers, we cannot be held liable for any loss, injury, or damage sustained during the tour. Participants undertake the tour at their own risk.

  8. Responsibility: We reserve the right to refuse service to any participant whose conduct is deemed inappropriate or disruptive to the enjoyment of the tour by other participants or staff.

  9. Documentation: Participants are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary travel documents such as passports, visas, and permits required for the tour. We will not be held liable for any costs or consequences resulting from failure to obtain necessary documentation.
